Meet Our Founder
I began my career in banking as a Mortgage lender. That experience gave me a first-hand understanding of what it takes to succeed and how critical the right people are to an institution’s long-term health.
Nine years ago, I transitioned into the recruiting industry to help banks build stronger teams from the inside out. Having worked in the roles I now recruit for, I understand the technical demands, compliance pressures, and cultural fit required for long-term success.
